17th UCAP Annual Bowling Tournament Results: Third Meeting

Results of the playoff last Thursday, May 23, the tournament’s third meeting, showed  the UCPB-CIIF Foundation fortified its leading position in the overall team standing as well as Sakamoto Orient Chemicals as number two.  This was based from the cumulative scores of the three meetings.  Following behind were  Franklin Baker Company of the Philippines, Mixed Nuts (Raco Commodities, Mitsubishi Corp. Living Essentials, UCAP), Cargill Oil Mills Philippines, and Peter Paul Philippines.
Winners of special awards were: Men’s division - Gilbert Tan (UCPB-CIIF Foundation), for the first to score five consecutive spares;  Mike Riconalla (Cargill) and Mandy Angeles (Peter Paul), for the first to score  split conversion.  Ladies division - Pinky Sigua (Raco Commodities), for the first to score four consecutive spares and France Forteo (UCAP), for the first to score split conversion.
The tournament which ends on May 30 is sponsored by Cargill Oil Mills Philippines, Peter Paul Philippine Corp., and UCPB-CIIF Foundation (Gold Sponsors); Franklin Baker Company of the Philippines and Sakamoto Orient Chemicals. (Silver).
