South Korea was market leader responsible for 20,515 MT or 56.4%, with India following at 15,100 MT (41.5%). Much smaller loads were channeled to Taiwan at 661 MT (1.8%) and Vietnam at 110 MT (0.3%).

Thursday, September 21, 2023Shipment of copra meal in May at 26,342 MT turned in USD6.280 million. South Korea was market leader taking in nearly half of this month’s delivery at 12,946 MT (49.1%). Following behind were China at 9,100 MT (34.5%), Vietnam at 3,300 MT (12.5%), and Taiwan at 996 MT (3.8%).

Thursday, February 16, 2023Overseas purchases of copra meal totaled 10,713 MT in November and was valued USD2.144 million. South Korea was principal outlet capturing 62.5% or 6,692 MT, tracked by Vietnam at 3,410 MT (31.8%). Limited volume went to Taiwan at 611 MT (5.7%).
